The Inn Crowd was built on the belief that the right community changes everything. Every woman who walks through this door — virtually or in person — is a reflection of what we've built together. And we take that seriously.

By applying for and accepting membership, you agree to uphold the following standards.

Respect & Inclusion

Every woman in this community deserves to feel welcome, seen, and respected. We celebrate the diversity of our members — their backgrounds, experiences, industries, and perspectives — and expect all members to engage with that same spirit of openness. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the community.

Respectful Communication

All members are expected to communicate with kindness — whether in person, in our platform, or in any Inn Crowd-related space. Gossip, personal attacks, passive-aggressive behavior, or anything that undermines the safety and warmth of this community will not be tolerated.

Confidentiality

The conversations, relationships, and experiences shared within The Inn Crowd are private. Breaching the trust of a fellow member — by sharing personal information, screenshots, or internal community matters outside of this space — is a direct violation of our community standards and may result in removal.

Community & Engagement

Membership is an active commitment, not a passive one. We ask that members engage genuinely — attending at least one experience per quarter and showing up in our member platform between events. The energy you bring is the energy the community holds.

Professionalism & Integrity

Represent yourself and The Inn Crowd with grace — online and in person. Our community is a space for genuine connection, not aggressive networking or unsolicited pitching. Business conversations happen naturally here. Hard selling does not. Honor your word. If you make a commitment to this community, we expect you to keep it.

Social Media & Public Representation

We love when members share their Inn Crowd moments. When posting about events or experiences, please be mindful of other members' privacy — not everyone wants to be tagged or featured. When in doubt, ask first. Tag us on IG @theinncrowd when sharing publicly.

Member Privileges

Membership benefits, community access, and exclusive event invitations are for members only and may not be shared with non-members.

Membership Dues & Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, all membership privileges and access to member benefits and the community platform are revoked immediately. All membership dues are non-refundable.

Violations & Consequences

Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in a review of membership status, a formal warning, or removal from the community at the discretion of Inn Crowd leadership. Our priority is always protecting the integrity and safety of this space for every woman inside it.
